Ordered my first book and it turned out great. A bit confusing on how to use it for a moment but you get the hang of it lol. People complain about the shipping but i think it reasonable? They ship it pretty fast and in good packaging so the book doesnt get messed up. Its alot alot cheaper than other places and u get a free upgrade to hard cover every month. Definitely recommended <3

I thought by the name, FREEPRINTS, and the adds that show people got something free once a month, that it would be free. It say my photo book would be free, when I got to the checkout, it was $7.99 .. False advertisement. And no, I did not add any additional items or buy other things. I downloaded this app expecting the same treatment as others, but no. Don't download if you want money taken from you!

I've used FreePrints for years. The last several orders I made they omitted a crucial part of the address. Which resulted in my son never receiving several orders. I brought it to their attention & was told it was too long ago to get a reprint for pictures. Over the years I've spent hundreds probably nearly 1k with them. I don't want has changed but they need to remedy it quickly. I like the simplicity of FreePrints but I'll be finding another way. Wasting $$ isn't in my yrs agenda.
